As a skilled React Developer with over two years' hands-on experience, you will design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews. Your contributions will play a key role in improving healthcare at the point of delivery through patient participation and real-time data capture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable React applications using best practices. - Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and quality. - Work closely with API, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and User Interface teams for seamless integration. - Perform thorough unit testing to ensure minimal production defects. - Participate in meaningful code reviews and follow established code review checklists. - Handle debugging, bug fixing, and optimization tasks. - Ensure adherence to project architecture, folder structure, and coding standards. - Maintain proper documentation and update tasks regularly using Azure/Jira. - Proactively identify blockers and escalate when required. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in React.js including Hooks, Functional Components, and Lifecycle methods. - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit and familiarity with React Query. - Hands-on experience with Material UI (MUI) and Formik for form management. - Experience in handling API integration (REST APIs) and state management. - Knowledge of Git version control and experience working in Agile/Scrum environment. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and resolving code quality issues. - Exposure to large-scale enterprise applications and modular architecture projects. - Desirable skills include strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and an ownership mindset.
