About DESRI DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11.9 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 80 renewable energy projects in 24 states. DESRI is run by a agile team with offices located at New York, Denver, and Hyderabad (India). We are looking for a resourceful and driven professional to join DESRI, based out of the firms Hyderabad, India office. The successful candidate will be a part of a small, inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRIs portfolio of wind, solar and battery projects in an agile environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail. What youll do day-to-day: - Administer and support Sitetracker (Salesforce platform), including objects, flows/workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards - Manage and enhance in-house business applications, ensuring reliable data flows, reporting, and user experience - Design, build, and maintain system integrations (APIs, data pipelines) across Sitetracker, in-house business applications, and other enterprise systems - Partner with business teams (development, construction, asset management) to translate requirements into system solutions - Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms through monitoring, validation, and governance - Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across platforms - Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and workflows Who were looking for: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - 46 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Applications, or platform support roles - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, including objects, flows, security models, and reporting; Salesforce certification is required. - Experience working with or supporting Sitetracker or similar project/asset management platforms - Proven experience with API-based integrations, Middlewares, REST APIs, JSON, and system interoperability - Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns - Basic proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and troubleshooting - Experience supporting or working with in-house or custom-built business applications - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities - Effective communicator with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders - Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-driven environments is a plus .
