Key Deliverables : Design and implement scalable data platforms, pipelines, and ingestion systems. Build OLAP stacks and support reporting products using big data technologies. Lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data projects. Drive platform extensibility and influence architecture decisions company-wide. Role Responsibilities : Develop robust backend systems using Python, MongoDB, Kafka, and CDC. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact data features. Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability for platform-wide adoption. Innovate within the data domain, including building custom programming tools and internal data frameworks.
