Architect real-time analytics systems with sub-2s latency using technologies like Apache Presto and Pinot. Lead technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for BI and analytics products. Hire and grow a high-performing engineering team in Bangalore. Role Responsibilities : Drive execution, enforce engineering excellence, and lead complex distributed systems design. Create a high-impact team culture focused on ownership, delivery, and customer-centricity. Engage hands-on with architecture reviews and long-term technology decisions. Collaborate with product and business teams to align engineering initiatives with OKRs.
