About the role
Key Deliverables : Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams (Frontend, UX) to ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Build features addressing complex technical problems for the Benefits Marketplace and Platform. Participate in planning activities, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team growth. Mentor Junior and Intermediate Engineers, enabling them to grow and solve technical blockers. Role Responsibilities : Influence product specifications for owned features and design backend systems, integrating them with frontend solutions. Take ownership of large-scale technical problems, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions. Provide mentorship to help engineers develop their technical skills and autonomy.
