Senior Software Engineer - Variable Compensation

Key Deliverables : Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for compensation data and performance metrics. Architect and build efficient, real-time data pipelines for accurate and secure compensation calculations. Develop and optimize distributed systems for high-throughput data processing.
