Key Deliverables : Design and develop scalable frameworks supporting payroll operations across multiple countries. Solve high-complexity technical problems and take ownership of critical features. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions. Mentor junior engineers to foster their growth and technical autonomy. Role Responsibilities : Collaborate with Product Management and other teams (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain high-quality standards. Drive product development in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Ensure customer impact is prioritized in a product-focused environment. Debug and resolve issues autonomously to ensure seamless functionality.
