QA (Manual & Automation)-FinTech-Jaipur-12lpa Experience Required: 5-6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: FinTech About Us We are a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Jaipur, building innovative financial solutions that empower businesses and individuals. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Quality Analyst with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. - Identify, record, and track bugs through their life cycle; ensure timely resolution. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks. - Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and security testing. - Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and industry best practices. - Provide clear and detailed test documentation and reports. - Take complete ownership of product quality, proactively suggesting improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5-6 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation). - Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle. - Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar. - Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman/RestAssured). - Solid understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Jenkins). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team. Nice to Have: - Experience in testing FinTech / Banking / Payment systems. - Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
