About the role
Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Execute manual and/or automated test cases based on project requirements. - Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools like JIRA. - Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to understand project requirements and test scenarios. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration testing and debugging skills. - Participate in test plan and test case design reviews. - Ensure software meets quality standards and project specifications before release. - Provide clear and concise feedback and status updates on test progress. - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Eagerness to learn current technologies and tools in a fast-paced development environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. - Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes. - Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestLink) is an advantage. - Basic understanding of databases and writing SQL queries. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Work Location: In person .
