Analyst/Associate - Risk & Performance Reporting Analytics

Description:Roles & Responsibilities:Analyst / Associate (3-8 Years)Investment Analytics & Reporting:- Prepare and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and analytics packs for internal stakeholders and clients.- Compute and validate risk metrics, exposure breakdowns, return attribution, and portfolio characteristics.- Support monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reviews.Data Management & Automation:- Extract, clean, and transform data using Python and SQL.- Build and enhance automated reporting solutions using Power BI.- Ensure accuracy and consistency of investment data across systems.Portfolio Support:- Assist investment teams in analyzing private equity or private credit deals.- Support scenario analysis, stress testing, and performance benchmarking.- Track key KPI's, covenants, and financial metrics for portfolio companies or credit positions.Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with investment, risk, operations, and technology teams to streamline data processes.- Provide insights and respond to ad-hoc data or reporting requests.
