Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security. Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data. Maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers. Apply security patches and updates promptly to protect systems from vulnerabilities. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes for compliance and knowledge sharing. Provide technical support and guidance to staff and stakeholders as needed. Handle Wi-Fi-related user connectivity issues within defined SLA Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
