Program Manager - Business systems & Process (Bangalore Rural)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business systems - Lead end to end implementation business applications including SAP, DMS, Website, CRM. Define sprints. 2. Maintain process documentation. Plan projects to minimize manual process and maximize digital process. 3. Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines 4. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implementing mitigation plan 5. Coordinate with Business stakeholders. Able to effectively run CFTs meeting. 6. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms. Ideal Candidate: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management. 3. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex projects into explicit operational tasks. 4. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. 5. Agility: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, capable of pivoting strategies quickly when market or business needs change. .
