ERP Manager - Netsuite Functional

About the Role You are sought after by Riveron to be a Manager NetSuite Services responsible for leading the complete execution of NetSuite implementations and ERP transformation projects. In this role, you will be actively engaged with clients, taking charge of project delivery, overseeing stakeholders, and ensuring successful outcomes for intricate NetSuite engagements. Key Responsibilities - Own the entire NetSuite project execution from planning to go-live, inclusive of planning, design, build, testing - Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables - Lead NetSuite implementations, covering system configuration, functional setup, data migration, and integration activities - Act as the primary client contact, conducting requirement gathering workshops, solution design discussions, UAT coordination, and go-live support - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution, manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes - Oversee SIT and UAT cycles, data validation, and ensure overall go-live readiness - Ensure delivery meets quality standards, documentation requirements, and governance frameworks Qualifications Required - 610 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting - Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience (mandatory) - Strong project management and client-facing experience - Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients - NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) - PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications - MBA or equivalent advanced degree About Riveron At Riveron, the focus is on partnering with clients to tackle complex finance challenges, driven by the DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
