UI & UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can blend strong design thinking with practical execution to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences. In this role, you will transform business requirements and user insights into seamless user journeys and high-quality interface designs for websites, e-commerce platforms, and custom web applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are both user-centered and technically feasible. Key Responsibilities 1. User Experience & Research Understand business objectives, user needs, and project requirements through discovery sessions. Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture structures. Translate research insights into structured user flows and wireframes. Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback and data insights. 2. UI Design & Prototyping Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Create responsive layouts for websites and e-commerce platforms. Ensure strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and alignment across all designs. Develop visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand identity and usability standards. 3. Design Systems & Brand Consistency Develop and maintain style guides, UI kits, and scalable design systems. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Contribute to branding concepts, layout strategies, and interaction ideas during early-stage planning. 4. Collaboration & Implementation Support Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation. Provide structured design assets, specifications, and documentation for seamless handoffs. Review implemented designs to ensure visual and functional consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Platform & Industry Adaptability Design for platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and custom web applications. Adapt design solutions across industries and varying client requirements. Stay updated with evolving UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices. 6. AI & Design Optimization Leverage AI-powered tools (such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to enhance ideation, generate content placeholders, improve workflows, and accelerate prototyping. Explore AI-assisted user research insights and design refinements to improve usability and efficiency. Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and digital design. Strong understanding of design thinking, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs. Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, spacing, and layout balance. Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. Experience designing for WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Openness to feedback and continuous improvement. Nice to Have A strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and UI/UX projects. Experience working in a digital agency or with global clients. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints. Exposure to branding, print design, or identity system development.
