Experience in IT / device support, preferably Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac). Exposure to MDM concepts (Jamf, Scalefusion, SOTI or similar) Configure and set up iPhone, iPad and Mac devices for business users (accounts, mail, apps, basic settings)
