About the role
Location: Gurugram -Onsite Experience: 3 to 5 Years Join Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js with Express.js on the backend.Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.Optimize application performance, handle state management, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack. Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or any other databases.Understanding of Git workflows and deployment practices (CI/CD).Experience with API design, authentication, and role-based access control.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Bonus Points Experience with TypeScript.Exposure to Docker, AWS, or Cloud Functions.Prior work on large-scale or high-traffic applications. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Full Stack development.Must be able to join immediately or within 7 days.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
