About the role
Role Overview: You will be an integral part of the RMZ Design Team, utilizing your expertise to ensure effective and aesthetically pleasing architectural and interiors design for various projects. Your role will involve meeting the requirements of clients, local authorities, architectural standards, and codes of practice, as well as collaborating with other disciplines to complete design cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the thought process for Commercial Design, overseeing the project from feasibility to completion. - Manage product mix, interior design, lighting, graphics, and art aspects of the projects. - Demonstrate experience in designing high-end commercial office spaces. - Identify, evaluate, and appoint design and specialist consultants, ranging from international principal architects to local experts. - Review designs and drawings at every stage of the project to ensure quality and compliance. - Manage budgeting, value addition, value engineering, and cost optimization processes. - Ensure design compliance with relevant codes and regulations. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, actively participating in talent recruitment for future expansion. - Engage in business pitches and investor interests to contribute to the company's growth. - Stay updated on current and upcoming trends in international properties, incorporating relevant trends into project developments.
