The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation workflows built on Microsoft Power Automate to ensure smooth business operations.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in incident management, bot monitoring, root cause analysis, and process optimization in a production environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and support Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows in production environments.Provide L1/L2 production support for automation processes.Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for automation failures.Monitor bot execution and ensure high availability of automation workflows.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.Coordinate with development teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution.Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.Support deployment, scheduling, and monitoring of RPA processes.Ensure compliance with SLA and operational guidelines.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation optimization.Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows)Experience in RPA production support (L1/L2)Understanding of automation lifecycle and bot monitoringKnowledge of error handling and exception management in RPAFamiliarity with log analysis and troubleshooting automation failuresExperience working with Windows environments and virtual machinesBasic understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automationCertifications:Good to have Microsoft PL-500: Power Automate RPA Developer AssociatePreferred Skills:Experience in enterprise automation environmentsExposure to other RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPathKnowledge of ITIL-based support processesSoft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in a fast-paced production support environmentJoining Requirement:Candidates must be available to join within 15 days.Educational Qualifications:B.E./ B.
