Product Owner - On-site | Nagpur Company: Robosol System Pvt Ltd Location: Nagpur / Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 10+ years Job Type: Full-time (On-site) About the Role Robosol System Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution. You will play a critical role in maximizing product value by managing the backlog, defining clear user stories, and working closely with development teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong collaboration with POS customers to validate features and ensure alignment with real-world business needs. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the product backlog using Azure DevOps - Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for web and mobile platforms - Prioritize features based on business value, dependencies, and customer needs - Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews - Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to remove ambiguity - Engage with POS customers to validate features and gather feedback - Track product performance metrics and communicate roadmap updates Required Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software products - Strong understanding of B2B wholesale, retail, or distribution processes - Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills - Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira - Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) Nice to Have - Experience with SaaS products - Exposure to ERP systems such as MS Dynamics 365 Business Central - Comfortable working in an in office, collaborative environment Why Join Robosol System Pvt Ltd - Opportunity to own and shape impactful products - Work closely with cross-functional teams and real customers - Be part of a growing, innovation-driven organization .
