Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced iOS Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, and scrum teams to deliver scalable, high-quality mobile solutions while mentoring engineers and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with architects to implement high-performance iOS applications

Lead system analysis, design, development, and implementation of native mobile apps

Translate user stories into technical design, code, and test artifacts

Mentor team members on platform usage, performance optimization, and best practices

Research and adopt modern software development techniques to improve quality and velocity

Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to balance business value and technical debt

Ensure code quality through design, code, and test reviews

Support deployments across development, test, and production environments

Provide post-production support, documentation, and change management

Contribute to a highly collaborative and inclusive team environment

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in native iOS application development

Proficiency in Swift / Objective-C (JavaScript knowledge is a plus)

Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, dependency injection, and testable code

Experience working with Scrum / Agile teams

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Experience delivering large, cross-team projects

Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and mobile/web frameworks

Preferred Skills

Latest iOS SDK & Xcode

Swift 5

CI/CD pipelines ( GitHub Actions, Fastlane )

Version control using Git / GitHub

Monitoring & logging tools: Honeycomb, Splunk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of overall software development experience

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience
