Role Descriptions

Ability to balance multiple| often conflicting constraints and make rapid decisions in high-pressure environments. Solid foundation in software design| data structures| and algorithms| with strong analytical and debugging skills.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Act as the AEM domain expert for content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices

• Lead AEM SaaS administration activities, including user access, permissions, environments, workflows, and basic configuration

• Define and govern content models, templates, components, and taxonomy aligned with business and UX needs

• Drive content design standards, reusability, and scalability across multiple digital channels

• Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AEM-ready designs

• Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and accessibility standards

• Support content authors and business users with AEM authoring guidance and best practices

• Provide oversight on AEM integrations, release readiness, and platform stability

• Identify opportunities for platform optimization and continuous improvement" 6+
