JOB DESCRIPTION :

Ux Designer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer Position Overview: As a UX Designer for the Copilot product, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the Copilot product. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs. Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business objectives. Accessibility: Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure that designs are inclusive and usable for all users. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and apply this knowledge to enhance the Copilot product.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with experience in product design for software applications. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design solutions. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus. Understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as accessibility standards.
