And if thats you we would love to have you join us Job Description Summary: The Product Manager AI & ERP Automation will lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of AIpowered ERP automation use cases, with an initial focus on Plex Finance. This role will own product strategy and execution for finance automation initiatives while also contributing to AI opportunities across broader ERP domains such as supply chain and procurement. The role is based in Pune (Balewadi) and follows a hybrid work model (3 days in office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). This is a longterm growth role with solid career progression opportunities as Plex's AI portfolio expands. You will report to Group Product Manager, Work location Pune. Your Responsibilities: - Own endtoend product management for AIdriven ERP Finance automation, starting with: - Accounts Payable (AP) automation - Bank reconciliation automation - Journal entry automation - Cashflow prediction and finance intelligence - Translate business problems into clear product requirements, epic stories, and prioritized roadmaps - Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, and architecture teams to deliver scalable AI solutions - Drive solution design, development execution, and delivery readiness for committed releases - Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP domains t .
