SAP VC & CO Consultant

Role summary : SAP VC & CO Consultant Digitalization is a strategic priority for ROCKWOOL. The VC & CO Consultant ensures stability, performance, and alignment of SAP Variant Configuration and Controlling processes with Group standards during both support and project activities. Reporting Structure Team Members : The SAP VC & CO Consultant reports functionally to one Functional Manager (Product Managers or Functional Team Lead) who oversees domain-specific development, skill growth, and cooperates in relation to the performance evaluation. The SAP VC & CO Consultant reports operationally to the SAP Support sub team Team Lead, who coordinates day-to-day activities, ensures alignment with SAP teams goals, and facilitates team cohesion. Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to : Ensure SAP VC and CO solutions follow Group standards Act as subject matter expert in VC and CO Deliver support under SLA Translate business requirements into SAP solutions Maintain standardized data structures across OPCOs Ensure proper documentation and compliance Collaborate with cross-functional team Core Functional Scope Variant Configuration (classes, characteristics, dependencies)Product configuration and pricingCost center accountingInternal ordersProduct costing (CO-PC)Profitability analysis (CO-PA) Personal qualities : Leadership (take responsibility, take accountability and ownership, take initiatives)Dealing with Change/ Flexibility (adapting to new situations and frameworks easily)Diplomacy (stakeholder management)Time Management/ Planning (commitment)Collaboration (team player, good discipline) / TeamworkAbility to understand the root cause of complex problems to solve, research and propose solution / alternatives / workaround for final decision Required Skills & Experience Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree4-6 years SAP VC and CO experienceStrong VC and CO configuration knowledgeGood communication and documentation skillsFluent English Skills & Experience Essential Bachelor's degree4-6 years SAP VC and CO experienceStrong VC and CO configuration knowledge Skills & Experience - Desirable Good communication and people skills experience dealing with users from various nationalitiesExperience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projectsExperience with Agile methodologies is a plusIndustry experience in Sales department will be added advantage.
