About the role
Civil work related with planning along with execution team for next 15 days planning Working out Quantity of Material Required entire project / stagewise as per Drawing Coordination with electrical consultants / contractors for resolving difficulties. Manpower planning team building methodology. Supervision of the electrification work for internal external part of buildings , development works as per drawing /client requirement . Understanding the change / Requirements of Clients / Working out other Implications. Maintaining Conduit Measurement Record and tallying with issued material record by stores. Final Verification of Contractors RA Bills. Review of Budget Monitoring Report and regular updation. Reconcillation of material on weekly / monthly basis Preparation of standard operating procedure checklists for electrical works, after completion of work , filling of checklists and verification of all points.
