Your TasksOnboarding of data sources: Collaborate closely with internal requesters to efficiently integrate new data sources into the log data infrastructureManagement and configuration: Manage and configure the R&S Splunk infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and keep documentation up to dateMonitoring: Continuously monitor log data systems and respond proactively to alertsEvaluating new technologies: Introduce new technologies to optimize servicesAutomation: Support task automation through scripting (SPL, PowerShell, Bash, Kibana)Customer communication: Advise internal customers on specific requirements and develop customized solutions when requiredYour QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, including architecture, implementation, setup, data onboarding, SPL, and dashboard designExperience in big data analysis and data normalizationFamiliarity with Elastic (ELK) StackKnowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise/CentOS Server administrationProficiency in GitOps and scripting with PowerShell/Windows CMDExperience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JiraExperience working in SCRUM/Agile teams and understanding of SCRUM principles4 to 6 years of relevant experience .
