Python Automation Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities Absorption of processes, quality standards and test protocols from R&S Germany Prepare software quality test protocols based on guidelines Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interaction & collaboration between RS India and RS Germany, with occasional business trips to Germany Develop/customize test automation modules and maintain existing modules Establish Test automation environment for application software modules/updates Strong interaction with development teams towards quality gate feedbacks and support re-verification after implementation of feedback Run software tests including failure analysis Configuaration and administration of needed CI/CD-pipelines Preferred candidate profile Completed degree in Computer Science / Computational Engineering / Information and Communication Technology or comparable. Knowledge in the field of test automation using Python and current standard test frameworks desirable Proven work experience of 0-3 years Knowledge in the areas of Software Engineering desirable Basic knowledge in the areas of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Independent, goal-oriented working style Eager to learn High level of teamwork skills with corresponding communication competence.
