Oracle Interface Designer - Consultant

Role Overview: As a Functional Interface Designer at Rolling Arrays, you will be responsible for producing integration design documentation for Oracle HCM implementations. Your role will involve mapping HR data flows between Oracle HCM and third-party systems, creating Interface Design Documents, supporting integration testing, and managing the interface inventory for your assigned engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit integration requirements from client HR and IT stakeholders, including capturing trigger, frequency, error ownership, rejection handling, and business consequences - Produce comprehensive Interface Design Documents for all in-scope integrations, covering source and target systems, trigger, direction, frequency, field-level mapping, transformation rules, code conversions, error handling approach, volume estimates, and reconciliation method - Map Oracle HCM data objects to target system fields, identifying mapping gaps and validating built integrations against IDD specifications - Prepare and execute integration test cases, including positive, negative, and volume scenarios, and drive defects to resolution Qualifications Required: - 23 years of Oracle HCM or HRIS functional experience with integration exposure on at least one implementation project - Ability to produce complete and developer-usable field mapping documents - Working knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, particularly across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent modules - Experience collaborating with OIC or middleware developers and understanding their requirements from a functional specification - Experience in integration test case development Additional Company Details (if applicable): Rolling Arrays is a private equity-backed HR Tech consulting firm specializing in enterprise HR digital transformation.
