About the role
ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability. KEY TASKS: Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback Competencies Required: FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY: Process Ownership - Leads end-to-end module or functional process delivery Integration Oversight - Owns end-to-end integration validation and troubleshooting QA Governance - Owns QA cycles; sets standards and review discipline Project Reporting - Owns project reporting and drives transparency across stakeholders BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY: Leadership: Inspires confidence and drives team performance Task Ownership: Takes initiative, flags risks, and ensures timely delivery Consulting Skills: Guides clients through ambiguity and change Problem Solving: Solves complex problems with strategic foresight Stakeholder Management: Influences outcomes through strategic engagement Escalation Management: Prevents escalations through proactive risk handling Change Attitude: Drives change with positive mindset and resilience Attention to Detail: Producing consistently high-quality work Team Leadership: Drives team performance and alignment Mentoring: Coaches peers and guides best practices People Development: Gives structured feedback and supports growth Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + SKILLS) Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams Demonstrated people management and team development capability Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required) .
