Job Description Junior Structural Engineer (AI Integrated) Position Junior Structural Engineer Location Work From Office ( Night Shift Preferred Based on Client Requirements) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves reviewing structural drawings, analysing residential and commercial construction plans, and supporting drafting/sketching teams with structural details and framing concepts. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience working with US construction and structural documentation. Key Responsibilities Review architectural and structural blueprints Understand framing plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Coordinate with sketching and QA teams Assist in preparing structural markups and documentation Maintain accuracy and quality standards in project deliverables Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients when required Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering Basic understanding of residential and commercial construction Knowledge of structural concepts and framing systems Ability to read construction drawings and plans Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Basic computer proficiency Preferred Skills Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software Familiarity with US construction standards Experience in blueprint analysis or quantity estimation Good English communication skills Work Requirements Willingness to work night shifts if required Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment What We Offer Training and skill development Opportunity to work on international projects Career growth based on performance Supportive team environment Experience Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
