About the role
We are building an Industrial AI & Operating Intelligence Platform near Unnao / Kanpur and we are looking for talent (m/f). Full time / Part time or Internship options. At Roosen Industries, we are developing CYMM: a group-wide Operating Intelligence Platform to start for our manufacturing companies in Europe and India. This is not a simple dashboard project. We are building a real industrial intelligence layer that connects ERP data, production planning, capacity, bottlenecks, finance, machine data and AI-driven decision support into one scalable platform. The first module (CYMM Planning) focuses on AI-driven production planning: understand bottlenecks before they become problemspredict orders-at-riskcompare planning scenariosoptimize capacity, WIP, delivery reliability and efficiencysupport planners with explainable recommendationskeep human approval and audit trail at the center of every decision The platform will be built around technologies and concepts such as: Microsoft Fabric, OneLake/Lakehouse/Warehouse, Power BI, Python, SQL, REST APIs, ERP integration, OR-Tools, optimization, predictive AI, Power Apps, Power Automate and eventually machine-data / OEE / predictive maintenance. We are now looking for the first key profiles in the Unnao / Kanpur region: Platform & Data Foundation Engineer For building the data backbone: Microsoft Fabric-style lakehouse architecture, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data quality, Bronze/Silver/Gold layers and scalable data models. ERP / API Integration Engineer For connecting systems such as Ridder iQ, Exact Online and later other business systems through REST APIs, JSON, authentication, logging and secure integration. Industrial AI / Optimization Engineer For building the planning solver layer: Python, OR-Tools, constraint programming, scheduling, capacity planning, what-if scenarios and manufacturing optimization. Power BI / Semantic Model Engineer For creating the business layer: Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPI definitions, bottleneck views, WIP analysis, orders-at-risk and management reporting.
