Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Python.Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues across applications.Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for efficient data management.Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely delivery.Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and requirement analysis.Support and maintain existing applications, ensuring high availability.Required Skills & Experience5 to 8 years of experience in software development.Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot/Java 8+) and Python.Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and API integrations.Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Nice to HaveExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
