About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software systems. 2. Set up, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and other networking equipment. 3. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner. 4. Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections of client systems. 5. Assist with the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and IT infrastructure. 6. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients.
