Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Front End Web Developer Internship PHP (non-paid) based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The intern will assist in developing and maintaining responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP integration with front-end components. Day-to-day tasks include converting UI/UX designs into functional web pages, fixing front-end bugs, optimizing pages for speed and accessibility, and collaborating with designers and back-end developers. The role also involves testing cross-browser compatibility, documenting code, and participating in code reviews to improve quality. Interns will be encouraged to learn modern tools, frameworks, and best practices while contributing to live client projects under guidance. Qualifications Strong interest and foundational skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP for integrating front-end with server-side logic.Understanding of Responsive Web Design principles and ability to create layouts that work across devices and screen sizes.Basic exposure to Web Development and Software Development workflows, such as version control (Git), debugging, and testing.Willingness to learn about Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively collaborate with full-stack teams.Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent self-taught experience.Familiarity with any front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus but not mandatory.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow coding standards and documentation practices.Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work in a hybrid team environment in Bengaluru.
