External Job Description Sound knowledge of Bias Tyre engineering (2/3W) Study and evaluate design inputs, Carry out calculations and Develop green specifications and profiles for New product industrialization Hands on experience with Making green specifications, various types of building machines, process defects solving through construction optimization Ensuring OEM sampes are prepared first time right for various variants with change in profile, construction Create, Adhere and track monthly development plan, share daily Monthly updates Product validations, analysis,Cut Tyre analysis, Release trackings and adherence to individual project timelines. Use PLM, SAP, MES systems for NPI, and create digital tolls to improve FTR, and Lead time Improve NPI process through QIPs Competencies Rubber Technology Knowledge
