rProcess is looking for an IT Administrator [L3 / L4] responsible and accountable for the smooth running of IT Operations within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's computer systems and networks. General responsibilities but not limited to: Design, implement, and maintain networks, servers, and firewalls policies and procedures Install, configure, and maintain client machines and servers Plan for hardware and software upgrades Troubleshoot and remediate flaws Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Monitor and evaluate logging procedures Mentor and train team members Manage and maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation Provide technical support to the IT team Skills and experience: Proven relevant working experience of minimum 3-5 years in IT/ITES industry Strong background in system administration Excellent problem-solving skills & Ability to manage complex IT environments Hands-on experience with various operating systems(Windows & Ubuntu) Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and VMware technologies Expertise in data center management and data governance Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation with knowledge on Firewall, Information Security and compliance standards Preferred : CCNA/ CCNP certified Professionals: Diploma / BE / B.Sc in CS or IS Work Location: In person rProcess is looking for an IT Administrator [L3 / L4] responsible and accountable for the smooth running of IT Operations within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
