About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Assist IT functions and resolve technical issues locally. Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues, including Citrix virtual workstations and printing issues. Triage network and internet connection issues and provide timely resolutions. Familiarize yourself with Active Directory and Citrix for effective troubleshooting. Continuously monitor servers, network devices, and storage arrays using enterprise monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Zabbix. Create detailed trouble tickets in an ITSM platform and provide tier 1 troubleshooting support. Job Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field with strong technical skills. Experience with monitoring tools, system monitoring, and network monitoring is desirable. Knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and security compliance is preferred. Familiarity with Active Directory and Citrix is a plus. MCSE and/or CCNA Certification is optional but beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. .
