About the role
We're Hiring | Architectural Project Manager Location: Gurgaon (Site-based across Delhi NCR) Experience: 25 Years RS90 Design Studio is looking for an Architectural Project Manager who is passionate about both design and execution, and understands that great projects require excellence in both. You'll be responsible for ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our clients. Your Responsibilities Manage multiple architecture and interior execution projects simultaneously. Coordinate site teams, contractors, labour, consultants and vendors. Prepare and track project schedules, PERT Charts and execution timelines. Create and maintain BOQs and procurement schedules. Plan material procurement and coordinate timely deliveries. Maintain project documentation, measurements, site records and billing. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues. Monitor quality, timelines and project costs. Coordinate with architects and designers to ensure drawings are executed accurately. Drive projects through to successful handover. Required Skills 25 years of experience in architectural/interior project management. Strong command of AutoCAD. Proven experience managing sites independently from start to handover. Ability to prepare BOQs with good quantity understanding. Experience creating PERT Charts, project schedules and execution plans. Good understanding of construction methodology and sequencing. Excellent coordination and vendor management skills. Robust communication and documentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. You'll Be a Good Fit If You Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions. Naturally organise people, materials and timelines. Follow up relentlessly until work gets completed. Can manage labour, procurement and site coordination without constant supervision. Stay calm under pressure and solve problems on-site.
