Renu Sharma Foundation Job Description - Data Analyst Intern (Online/Work From Home) Organization: Renu Sharma Foundation Position: Data Analyst Intern Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Duration: As per internship offer About the Internship The Data Analyst Intern will support the foundation by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various projects and activities. The intern will work with different teams to generate meaningful insights, prepare reports, and create dashboards that help improve organizational performance and decision-making. This internship provides practical exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting in a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports. Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality. Perform data validation and remove inconsistencies. Generate reports for project monitoring and performance evaluation. Support management with data-driven recommendations. Assist in preparing presentations based on analytical findings. Collaborate with HR, Operations, CSR, and other departments for data-related tasks. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance summaries. Document analytical processes and maintain data records. Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data. Required Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP). Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Time management and organizational skills. Eligibility Students or recent graduates pursuing/completing B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, MCA, M.Sc., MBA, or related disciplines. Candidates with an interest in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science. Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization tools. Learning Opportunities Hands-on experience with real-world datasets. Exposure to reporting and dashboard development. Practical understanding of data cleaning and analysis.
