Responsibilities: Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM and other enterprise platformsPrevious professional consulting firm experience, advising on digital adoption automation and efficienciesPrevious experience with implementing technologies and migrating clients to SaaS/cloud environments.Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across all domainsBasic understanding of IT application lifecycle, general IT controls and methodsExperience in developing Target Operating Models for clientsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsAbility and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North AmericaExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsAbility to anticipate and address client concerns and issuesDemonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levelsAbility to break complex issues into project steps and problem solveExperience with various software solutions including Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and WordStrong data manipulation skills utilizing ExcelDatabase knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access)Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements Required Qualifications: 8-10 years experience in process intelligence, digital transformation and/or software management, preferably working in a platform agnostic environmentStrong communication skillsHighly self-motivatedCritical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problemsBachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems (BIS) We are the leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, our purpose is to instill confidence in a world of change, empowering our clients and people to realize their full potential.
