Data and Analytics, Supervisor 1

As a Data and Analytics Supervisor at RSM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data solutions for our India team. Your strong background in data engineering, data modeling, and modern cloud architecture will be key to your success in this role. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver impactful solutions using Microsoft Data Platform and/or Snowflake. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Facilitate business requirements sessions and conduct data analysis to identify necessary data for business objectives. - Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, and Snowflake. - Architect and develop efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data into data lakes and warehouses. - Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices. - Mentor and guide the team, providing technical expertise and professional development. - Stay updated on emerging trends in data engineering and cloud computing. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - 58 years of experience in data engineering, with 3+ years in Microsoft Data Stack and/or Snowflake. - Proficiency in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, DBT, and Snowflake. - Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or other programming languages. - Understanding of data architecture principles, performance tuning, and security best practices. - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
