Survey Data Manager

As a Data Migration & Integration professional at the leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, your role will involve collaborating with client business, data, technical, project management, and partner teams to build relationships, deliver complex Oracle Fusion data migration & integration projects, and explore new solutions to their problems/challenges. You will be responsible for documenting the scope, creating estimates, and forming timelines for external client projects based on a set of assumptions and dependencies gathered through various methods like survey, individual interviews, workshops, and data profiling. Additionally, you will manage engagement financials and project plans to ensure on-budget and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client teams to deliver Oracle Fusion data migration & integration projects - Document project scope, create estimates, and form timelines based on gathered information - Manage engagement financials and project plans for successful delivery - Work with data in both 3NF and Star Schemas, define data mappings, reference data, and data lineage - Develop technical solutions using various technologies and languages like Oracle Fusion, SQL Server, Alteryx, Snowflake, etc. - Triage and resolve bugs/defects, manage Quality Assurance (QA) and test plans - Act as a leader on practice management efforts and participate in hiring and performance management - Author digital content for publication on the company's website and industry journals - Be open to learning new technologies and project types Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems - Minimum 6 years of experience in a data-focused role - At least 2 years of experience leading teams - Non-Technical Certifications in your industry of choice - Experience leading data migration/integration for Oracle Fusion - Experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting, Oracle Integration Cloud Services, and building data models from Oracle Cloud Fusion - Understanding of Oracle Fusion functional areas and data structures - Experience with custom API development in OIC In addition to the challenging projects, you will have opportunities to innovate using emerging technologies and maintain a healthy work-life balance while managing client obligations.
