Design & execute A/B Tests. Analyze User Behavior & Customer Journeys. Work on Funnels, Heatmaps & Session Recordings. Perform SQL-based Data Analysis. Build Dashboards & Research Reports. Partner with Product, UX & Engineering Teams. Mandatory Requirements 3+ years in Quantitative UX Research / UX Analytics / Product Research. Experience with Contentsquare and Maze (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of SQL and Product Analytics Tools. Hands-on experience in A/B Testing & Experimentation. Expertise in Statistical Analysis & Sample Size Estimation. Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Age: 28 years or below. Comfortable with 80% Fixed + 20% Variable compensation. Preferred 70%+ experience in Quantitative UX Research for Web/App products.
