Position Overview Rubicon Centre is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product vision, strategy, and execution for our growing Miami division. This executive leadership role will be responsible for shaping product direction, driving innovation, and building scalable solutions that support the future of decentralized technologies and digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership experience with a deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, digital asset applications, and emerging Web3 technologies. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's global product strategy and long-term product roadmap. Lead product development initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Build, mentor, and manage high-performing product management and product operations teams. Collaborate with engineering, design, business development, compliance, and executive leadership teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends to drive product innovation. Establish product performance metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact. Oversee product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and resource allocation. Drive user-centric product development through research, customer feedback, and data-driven decision-making. Develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships that enhance product growth and market positioning. Ensure products align with organizational objectives, regulatory considerations, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of product leadership experience, including senior executive-level responsibilities. Proven track record of leading complex technology products from strategy through execution. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized applications, digital asset ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure. Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth technology environments. Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience developing product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and product scaling initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree such as MBA, Master's, or equivalent professional experience. Experience working within blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or emerging technology sectors. Familiarity with digital asset custody, tokenized ecosystems, decentralized networks, or enterprise blockchain solutions.
