About the role
As the AI/ML Product Manager at Rubiscape, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision and roadmap for RubiStudio (AutoML & MLOps) and RubiAI (the agentic AI copilot layer). You will be responsible for enabling enterprise data teams to build, deploy, monitor, and govern machine learning models seamlessly within the Rubiscape environment. With Rubiscape's focus on practical enterprise AI and numerous innovation patents in AI, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and decide on the strategic direction of the products. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the multi-quarter roadmap for RubiStudio and RubiAI, including AutoML, model registry, MLOps pipelines, and drift monitoring. - Translate enterprise AI adoption patterns into concrete product features with measurable success criteria. - Evaluate emerging AI techniques for product applicability and time-to-market feasibility in collaboration with the applied research team and Industry-Academia Labs. - Identify friction points in the model-to-production journey through discovery with data science, ML engineering, and business analyst personas. - Implement responsible AI governance features such as model explainability, bias detection, audit trails, and compliance guardrails. - Drive go-to-market strategies for AI/ML features in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams. - Establish and maintain an AI feature deprecation and versioning policy to ensure smooth transitions for production enterprise deployments. Nice to Have: - Prior experience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or quantitative analyst. - Exposure to AI governance frameworks relevant to regulated Indian industries. - Published work, patents, or conference talks in AI/ML or related fields. - Experience with low-code/no-code ML tools and AutoML platforms. Requirements: - 47 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in AI, ML, or data science platform products in an enterprise B2B context. - Working understanding of the ML lifecycle. - Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks. - Ability to de-risk AI product bets through structured experimentation. - Strong communication skills to bridge data science jargon and C-suite business language.
