About the role
Job description About You 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support. Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms. Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments. Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing requests. Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable working remotely in an autonomous manner` Bonus Points Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell scripting). Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Prior experience supporting a Sales Engineering or similar technical team.
