Job Title : Pega Developer (CSSA Certified) Location : Hyderabad Experience : 68 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Work Mode : OSP About The Role We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer (CSSA Certified) to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Pega frameworks, case management, and system integrations, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC Build and manage case management workflows, business rules, and UI components Develop and configure Pega frameworks, flows, and activities Integrate Pega applications with external systems and services Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements Ensure application performance, scalability, and quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Required Skills & Qualifications 68 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and design CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) Mandatory Strong expertise in Pega PRPC and enterprise application development Experience with Pega Constellation UI Proficiency in case management and workflow development Knowledge of PRPC frameworks, integrations, and database concepts (SQL Server) Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Educational Qualification BE / B. Tech / BCA / MCA / ME / M. Tech or equivalent (ref:hirist.tech)
