Our mission is to empower independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. Think of your local hardware store or mom-and-pop nursery—these are our clients. From paint to lumber to flooring, over 200,000 such stores across the country sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. We’re aiming to help them modernize so that they can continue to thrive.

Backed by leading investors including Bessemer and CRV, we've raised $18M across three rounds and are growing quickly. Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE WITH US 🥇

• Join us on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company:

• Location: Must be based in Metro Manila or southern surrounding areas (Laguna, Cavite)

• Data Oversight: Manage data exports from legacy POS systems such as QuickBooks, Decor Fusion, RockSolid, and others.

• Manual Data Entry: Accurately perform data entry tasks with great attention to detail.

• Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal Google tools, and Microsoft Excel to streamline and support your work.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 💰

• Compensation: $700/month

• Independent Contractor Status: You are registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor, responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

• Monthly Dinners: Enjoy monthly dinners in the Alabang/BGC area.

• Transportation: Company covers rides to and from dinner.

• Audiobooks: Access unlimited audiobooks through our team subscription to Libro.

• Benefits: As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for additional benefits.

• KEY REQUIREMENTS ✅

• Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and point-of-sale systems.

• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.

• Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop.

• Work Schedule: Availability to work Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.

• Overtime and Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during client go-live events and be on-call when necessary.

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, particularly during go-lives.

• BONUS QUALIFICATIONS 🎂

• POS Experience: Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Salesforce Knowledge: Proficient in using Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Google Tools: Experience with Google Internal Tools.

• Excel & Google Sheets: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Startup Experience: Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

• INTERVIEW PROCESS 📝

• Intro Call (20 minutes): A remote interview with Amanda, Head of the Philippine Team & our founding recruiter.

• Homework Assignment (30-min prep): Instructions for the homework task will be sent after the introductory call.

• Homework Test & Culture Call (45 minutes): A remote test and culture conversation with Tyler, the hiring manager.

• On-Site Interview (30 minutes): An in-person interview with Amanda, focusing on your ability to learn quickly and fit with the company culture.

• Reference Check: Provide two substantial references for evaluation.
