Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Consultant Experience: 48 Years Location: Noida (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are hiring an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with 48 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP and HR modules, with the ability to develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM applications while collaborating with functional teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP developments for SAP HCM/HR.Develop and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF Objects).Work on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll-related developments.Develop ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and Dialog Programming.Create and enhance BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Frameworks, and HR-specific enhancements.Develop interfaces using RFCs, IDocs, Web Services, and APIs.Perform code optimization, debugging, and production support.Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and unit test cases.Collaborate with functional consultants during requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and production support.Required Technical Skills 48 years of experience in SAP ABAP with SAP HCM/HR.Strong expertise in:SAP ABAP ProgrammingHR InfotypesPersonnel Administration (PA)Organizational Management (OM)Time Management (TM)PayrollHands-on experience with:Classical & ALV ReportsSmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe FormsBDC, BAPI, RFC, IDocUser Exits, BADIs, Enhancement FrameworkHR Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE)Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support.Exposure to SAP HANA, CDS Views, OData Services, or SAP Workflow is an added advantage.Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.SAP ABAP/HCM Certification is a plus.Work Location: Noida (Onsite) Candidates should be comfortable working from the office five days a week.
