Job Description: Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Rupeek, your main responsibility will be to own and enhance user journeys across the web and app platforms, ensuring seamless and impactful customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with business, design, and engineering teams to translate customer insights into scalable product features that drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Run growth hacking experiments such as onboarding, funnel optimization, referral loops, and pricing/promo tests to drive adoption and reduce drop-offs. - Identify customer pain points through data, feedback, and research, and prioritize impactful product solutions. - Own end-to-end customer journeys from discovery to post-loan engagement. - Lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives by improving activation, engagement, retention, and conversion through product enhancements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, and operations teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing features. - Define product metrics, track performance, and iterate based on learnings. - Drive experiments like A/B tests and pilots to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience. - Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring empathy-driven design and execution. Qualifications Required: - 25 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, consumer tech, or digital platforms. - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and user experience. - Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, and GA. - Proven ability to work with engineering and design teams in agile environments. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. - A bias for action, experimentation, and customer-centric thinking. - Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and growth frameworks such as AARRR, funnel, and cohort analysis. - Strong experimentation mindset with hands-on experience driving growth experiments and translating insights into product iterations.
